Visit the Library
The Library collection is available for use by members of the public in the Region 10 states: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The Library can provide ready reference service, and also can determine if a document you want is on the shelf, so that it can be held for you. All materials in the Library are available for on-site use. You may borrow up to five EPA documents, for two weeks. They can be renewed for an additional two weeks if not requested by someone else. We can loan reports by mail to members of the public outside the Seattle area. There is no public copier available.

Hours: We are open to the public for visits and phone calls from 9:00am - Noon, and 1:00 - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays.

Directions: If you are coming via public transport, transit.metrokc.gov provides public transportation information for the Puget Sound area, including by bus, park & ride, ferry, or bike. If you are driving South on I-5, take the Union Street exit, turn left on 5th Avenue, then left on Seneca Street, and then left on 6th Avenue - you will see 1200 6th Ave (The Park Place Building) one block down on your right. If you are driving North on I-5, take the Seneca Street exit, and turn immediately right on 6th Avenue - you will see 1200 6th Ave (The Park Place Building) on your right. Park under the building or in nearby parking facilities. Note: EPA cannot validate parking.

Once you enter the building, proceed to the 12th floor EPA Service Center to sign-in. You will be given a visitor badge, and then directed to the Library.
