Removal Photos during 1999 Construction Season Silver Hills Middle School, 1999 Cleanup. Contaminated soil is removed from the ballfield. Clean soil is placed before vegetation is re-established. Residential Cleanup; Barrier placed after removal of one foot of contaminated soil. The barrier serves to separate clean soil from contaminated soil. Anderson Lake boat ramp is built in 1999 after removal of mine waste tailings and placement of clean gravel. The site was later paved.
