We are conducting a third Five-Year Review of this Superfund cleanup site, located at 100 Chehalis Ave Southwest, in Chehalis, Washington.

This review is a checkup to make sure that the cleanup and ongoing maintenance of the site, continues to protect people and the environment. The cleanup at this 14-acre former wood treating facility was completed in 1996 and included removal of contaminated soils and placement of clean cover materials.

We encourage your participation during our review taking place through September 2009. If you have information that might be helpful to us, contact Anne McCauley (mccauley.anne@epa.gov), Project Manager at 206-553-4689.
