Resource Conservation Challenge
The Resource Conservation Challenge (RCC) is a national effort to conserve natural resources and energy by managing materials more efficiently. Through our many voluntary partnership programs, we are working with states, industry, businesses, associations, state and local governments, tribes, and the public to reduce waste and pollution and find new and innovative uses for by-product and waste materials. Provided below are links to the individual programs' Web sites.
