Because the Green Expo will be held in space that is neither owned nor leased by the federal government, the sale of products and services is permitted, but is not required for participation nor representative of an endorsement by EPA New England. Table space is limited, and you will have a 4-foot or 8-foot table with chairs allotted to your display. Vendors choosing to display their items, but not attend the expo, will be limited to a 4-foot space only. If you will be sending items for display only, we will not be able to sell your products, nor will we be held responsible for personally distributing your materials. Please let us know if you would like your products returned to you at the completion of the expo.

The Expo will take place in vacant office space on the 10th floor of our office at One Congress Street in Boston. Please be prepared to transport your equipment and products from the ground level to the expo space. Elevators and some small hand carts will be available; however, EPA staff will not be responsible for the transport of your items.

***EPA can supply some audio/visual equipment, but it will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind that it is required that you bring your own laptop. No Internet connection will be available.

SECURITY:

Please be sure to register all participants from your organization accompanying you to the event so that security badges can be prepared in advance. All participants must be cleared in this way for easy entrance into the building. On the day of the event, please bring photo identification (your driver's license and/or work id) and know that you and your equipment will need to go through a metal detector before entering into the Expo space.

PARKING:

The EPA office has a loading dock for your easy loading & unloading of your equipment/products. Please feel free to use it; however you will need to remove your vehicle from the area. There is a parking garage at the EPA building, and cost is approximately $35.00. There are additional parking facilities within walking distance of the EPA office, if you decide to park elsewhere, there are parking facilities located on Canal Street, Causeway Street, and in the Banknorth Garden Garage. EPA cannot cover your travel or parking expenses.

Please contact Caitlyn Hunt at (617) 918-1748 or Jeanethe Falvey at (617) 918-1020 for any additional information.
