Description
Bostik, Middletown operates an adhesives manufacturing facility. The facility is located on a 69 acre parcel of land. The site is zoned for light industrial use. The facility generates organic solvent wastes and stores them in drums or tanks.
The EPA is the lead agency for permitting the RCRA Part B application.
Additionally, the facility is performing cleanup under the RCRA Corrective Action.
Significant cleanup work has been performed.
The site is undergoing investigation and cleanup under a Tier 1A permit issued by the MA DEP.
