Description
Microtech, Inc., Cheshire manufactures microwave communications equipment, which involves electroplating, molding and painting. Wastes include degreasers and oils.
Current Status
Facility has conducted extensive groundwater monitoring; however, more work is needed to better define the groundwater plume and demonstrate attainment of the Groundwater Migration Under Control Indicator. This work is being done by Microtech's consultant under EPA's oversight.
