Description
At approximately 12:30 pm on 4/26/04, the EPA received notification of a late morning gasoline spill in Woburn, MA. Initial reports indicate that between 200 - 1,000 gallons of gasoline were accidentally released from a station that was being delivered product. Initial reports also indicate that the released gasoline made its way through a catch basin and into Horn Pond which supplies drinking water to portions of Woburn. State and local officials have responded to the scene with cleanup contractors. OSC Cathy Young was dispatched to the incident scene.
