Phase I Targeted Brownfields Assessment (TBA) was completed on 3/28/2000.

November 2002 - City of Holyoke received Brownfields Site Assessment Assistance for the Hallmark Site from MassDevelopment.

November 2002 - City contracted with Tighe & Bond for Phase II/III Report. Study included pre-demolition site characterization

March 2003 - Tighe & Bond completed Phase II Scope of Work and Phase II activities began.

March 2003 - Tighe & Bond completed and submited Tier Classification, Tier II Extension & Tier II Transfer Transmittal Form (MA-DEP BWSC-107A) and Comprehensive Response Action Transmittal Form & Phase I Completion Statement (MA DEP BWSC-108)

June 2003- Tighe & Bond Phase II activities are in process. Phase II activities should be complete by July 1, 2003.

There is interest from the private sector to develop the property after the environmental review and/or remediation is complete.
