Description: Solidification techniques that immobilize hazardous constituents are legitimate treatments. The addition of reagents must aid in the treatment in order to be legitimate treatment and not impermissible dilution. Solidified California list liquid wastes are no longer subject to the land disposal restrictions (LDR).
