Private businesses are eligible for the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program. Under the SBIR program, funding is provided to private and non-profit small businesses to conduct research on new technologies, products, and processes. SBA also administers two federal financing programs which provide long-term, fixed asset financing for small businesses. |
