Abstract:
EPA promulgated technology-based emission standards for this source category in 1992 under Section 112(d) of the Clean Air Act. These standards are codified at 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart T. On May 3, 2007, EPA also promulgated amendments to the NESHAP standards as required by Sections 112(f) and 112(d)(6) of the Clean Air Act.
