Rulemakings by Topic: Water

Each topic in Reg DaRRT relates to one or more laws.  The "Water" topic relates to the Clean Water Act (CWA), Marine Protection Research and Sanctuary Act (MPRSA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), and Shore Protection Act (SPA), meaning the rulemakings listed on this page are being developed under statutory authority granted to EPA by these laws.  If you don't see one or more of these laws listed below, that is because none of the rulemakings currently in Reg DaRRT relate to these Acts. The list includes all rulemakings in Reg DaRRT, except those that have been withdrawn or those that have been archived.
