Abstract:
This action will address revisions to the effluent guidelines and standards for the construction and development point source category 40 CFR 450.The C&D rule was issued on December 1, 2009 and became effective on February 1, 2010. This action would revise several of the non-numeric portions of the rule in response to litigation.
