FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Kansas City, Kan., March 24, 2008) - The public can begin commenting on "Notice of Revisions to FY2009 Guidelines for Brownfields Assessment, Cleanup and Revolving Loan Fund Grants" beginning today. The deadline for public comments is Monday, April 7, 2008. The notice includes a short summary of the changes to the guidelines under the Brownfields Grant Program. The draft guidelines help Region 7 communities prepare for the 2009 Brownfields Grant Request for Proposals, scheduled for late summer.
