(CHICAGO – Feb. 18, 2010) Marking this week’s one year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), U.S. EPA Assistant Administrator Mathy Stanislaus will brief media, local officials and Waukegan residents on new cleanup and demolition work starting at Plant 2 of the Outboard Marine Corp.
