4. An Applicant shall submit notice of any lawsuit pending against the applicant alleging discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, handicap, or national origin.

6. A Recipient shall provide initial and continuing notice to the public that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, or gender in any program or activity receiving EPA assistance.

8. A Recipient is required to designate at least one person to coordinate its efforts to comply with its obligations under EPA’s implementing regulations if the Recipient employs fifteen (15) or more employees.
9. Recipients are required to take reasonable steps to ensure meaningful access to their programs and activities by Limited English Proficient persons.
10. Each Recipient with more than fifteen (15) full-time employees shall adopt grievance procedures that assure the prompt and fair resolution of complaints which allege violation of EPA’s nondiscrimination regulations.
