State and Tribal Response Program Grant: July 2008 to June 2009
This agreement provides funding for the State of Alaska for a response program that includes timely survey and inventory of brownfields sites in the state; oversight and enforcement authorities to ensure that response actions protect human health and the environment; resources to provide meaningful opportunities for public involvement; mechanisms for approval a cleanup plans and verification of complete responses.
