Massachusetts Pesticide Enforcement
The goal of this program is to support the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Agricultural Resources to monitor pesticides producers, retailers, and applicatros compliance with the Federal Insecticide Fungicide Rodenticide Act as well as State pesticide regualtions. The Commonwealth will provide complinace assistanvce to all regulated entities, conduct inspections and pursue enforcement actions when violations of Federal or State laws or regulations are identified.
