PUERTO RICO STATE REVOLVING LOAN FUND CAPITALIZATION GRANT (FFY'95)
This agreement is for a capitalization grant which provides funds for Puerto Rico's Clean Water State Revolving Fund program to provide low interest financing to recipients for costs associated with the planning, design, and construction of eligible water quality improvement and protection projects throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The objectives are to establish and manage an effective comprehensive Water Pollution and Control Revolving Funds program and to maintain a self-sustaining revolving fund so as to improve and protect water quality and public health.
