Alaska Superfund State Core Program Cooperative Agreement - State Fiscal Year 2010
This project will identify sites in the State of Alaska affected by the release of hazardous substances and address contamination issues for future cleanup, preservation, and restoration by potentially responsible parties (PRPs). This program will support the recipient's abilities to implement the requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the development of an infrastructure system which is not assignable to Superfund site-specific costs.
