Pesticide Enforcement Maintenance
The goal of this program is for the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food to monitor pesticide producers, retailers, and applicators compliance with Federal and State pesticide regulations. The State will provide compliance assistance to all regulated entities, conduct inspections and pursue enforcement actions when violations of Federal or State pesticide regulations are identified.
