Clean Water State Revolving Fund
To provide low cost loans for important local water quality projects selected through Alaska's integrated planning and priority setting process. These loans will be issued to governmental and quasi-governmental entities for the planning and construction of wastewater treatment facilities and projects related to the reduction and/or prevention of pollution from surface water runoff as well as groundwater impacts.
