Regional Geographic Initiatives (RGI) - Outreach for Sonoran Desert
This assistance agreement provides full Federal funding in the amount of $15,000. This project aims to reduce community exposure to major sources of ozone and particulate pollution in the Sonoran Desert region of Arizona, where asthma rates are extremely high. This will be achieved by education the local population via a media campaign that includes various local advertisements.
