The Association of State and Interstate Water Pollution Control Administrators (ASIWPCA) will support the development and administration of three work groups whose goals are enhancing the effectiveness of various aspects of the States' National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System programs. These work groups consist of ASIWPCA, State and EPA representatives. In addition, the scope of the grant has been increased to enable ASIWPCA to provide administrative support to a work group created to improve and modernize the Permit Compliance System database.
