Project Title & Description
NY/NJ Harbor Estuary Program
This amendment extends the budget/project period expiration dates to March 30, 2004 as requested on April 14, 2003 . This additional time will allow for the completion of work under this agreement. There is no change to the amount of Federal funds awarded under this agreement.
All Terms and Conditions to the previous award, No. CE-002892-06-0- and -1 are incorporated by reference herein. Condition No. 6 has been revised and Condition Nos. 10 and 11 have been added.
