Project Title & Description
Blue Skyways Collaborative (Special Purpose)
CenSARA, a multijurisdictional organization that represents the interests of its member States and Local Governments, proposes to continue its support of the Blue Skyways Diesel Collaborative, and to conduct a series of innovative studies, investigations, and demonstrations, in an effort to provide information to its State/Local members to improve their ability to achieve emission reductions in the Central United States.
