CERCLA State Implementation Support Grant
This project will promote and stimulate information exchange among State and Territorial Programs on establishing and enhancing a CERCLA 128(a) State Response Program. The State Response and Brownfields Task Force will ensure that all key aspects of State response programs are represented, and will provide State programs with timely information and training regarding new developments in the field of waste site cleanup, including the implications of recently released federal guidance and policies, so that States can continue to develop and enhance their response programs in order to assess, cleanup, and promote the sustainable reuse of contaminated properties.
