CAA SPECIAL PURPOSE ACTIVITIES - Asthma Outreach Program
The objective of the project is to reach at-risk families that are currently not reached by traditional methods and provide them with the knowledge and tools to improve their environmental health. This project will expand the existing home visit and community outreach program to include an in-depth asthma outreach program on indoor environmental asthma triggers and mitigation solutions. This project will improve the indoor air quality in homes through education and reducing of asthma triggers. Reducing asthma triggers helps reduce the number of asthma episodes.
