Project Title & Description
Environmental Education on Floodplain Management
The District will conduct workshops for local Floodplain Managers. Areas covered will include education, proper management and possible mitigation projects for existing housing located within the floodplains. Programs will be scheduled one-on-one at public schools in six counties as well as presentation to Civic Clubs in the six county area.
