Project Title & Description
This assistance amendment provides additional federal funding in the amount of 138,475 (Enforcement PRC 501= $80,000; Worker Protection PRC 401= $34,735; Water Quality PRC 401(formerly PRC 201)= $23,740.
The revised total federal assistance amount is $407,794, which breaks down; PRC 501= $317,354; PRC 401=$75,440 and PRC 201=$15,000. This agreement aides the tribe's continued pesticide program on four reservations: Colorado River Indian Tribe, Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, Quechan Indian Tribe and Cocopah Indian Tribe. Activities supported by these funds include review of tribal pesticide inspection reports, implementation of pesticide regulations, training of staff and educate the four tribal communities on pesticide related issues. Term and Condition "A" now applies.
