This amendment modifies the budget per recipient's request by revising the ARRA DWSRF grant to make available $16,770 of the banked 4% Administration Set-aside to cover this contractual obligation with the Governor's office. There is no change to the EPA funding amount of $19,500,000.

This agreement provides funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to the State of Nevada to capitalize its revolving loan fund for financing the construction of drinking water facilities, green infrastructure, program administration and drinking water related activities. The primary purposes of the agreement are to preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through investment in infrastructure projects that will provide long term public health and economic benefit, preserve and create jobs, and promote economic recovery.
