2007 Missouri Municipal SSO Training
The purpose of this project is to set forth a coordinated and systematic approach for the department to work with communities toward the goal of the elimination of sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) while recognizing economic and physical limitations that exist in nearly every community in Missouri. To identify and develop appropriate sewer system collection operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation plans that will serve as a guide for communities.
