ARRA SmartWay-Loan Assistance-CA Equp PLACE
This assistance agreement provides funding to California Air Resources Board under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. This project will establish a guarantee to leverage loan funds via California's PLACE finance program. This project will provide loans to retrofit off-road small fleets. This project will provide approximately 54 jobs.

EPA has rescinded the original Cooperative Agreement dated 08/28/2009. This Cooperative Agreement has been revised and reissued as of 03/25/2010. Please disregard the original Cooperative Agreement dated 08/28/2009.
