Project Title & Description
MCGrath Village GAP
The FY13 Work plan has four components to support our objectives to build our program, educate the community, and resolve our solid waste management problems. Build Administrative Capacity: tasks in this component include maintaining an environmental office and carrying out administrative, financial, and program management functions. Building Programmatic Capacity: tasks in this component include researching environmental issues and technical and funding sources, coordinating with surrounding communities, and attending trainings and conferences. Building Communications Capacity: tasks in this component include monthly teleconferences, quarterly newsletters, working with the City, and creating educational material. Solid Waste Management: tasks in this component include cleaning litter, working with the community, and working with the City in organizing and reducing solid waste.
