Asset Management Research- Condition Assessment Measures, Metrics, and Protocols
Federal, State and local governments, in combination have invested hundreds of billions of dollars in the construction of critical wastewater collection systems and treatment facilities to benefit public health and the environment. Efforts to extend the life of this infrastructure and provide for timely and orderly repair and replacement are essential to sustainable management of these systems. The objective of this project is to establish measures and metrics for assessing condition and performance of wastewater assets and set up protocols to conduct such assessments.
