Scorpio Recycling Site Support Agency Assistance
This agreement funds the participation of the recipient in reviewing, developing, and overseeing the clean up of the Scorpio Recycling Inc. Superfund site. This includes the oversight of investigative work being performed by the Environmental Protection Agency or its contractors, reviewing information collected by either EPA or that contractor and documents prepared by that contractor and the Environmental Protection Agency, and attending site-related meetings.
