This cooperative agreement is being prepared to provide Stephenson County with brownfield funding to conduct hazardous substance assessment activities.
The Environmental Protection Agency is initiating a cooperative agreement for Stephenson County of Illinois to conduct assessments of properties throughout the county. The recipient will identify potential sites for inclusion assessment activity; submit site eligibility determination matrix;, prepare a Health and Safety Plan and Quality Assurance Performance Plan, conduct a Reuse Study; provide community outreach; and provide grants administration.
