The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will continue implementing a variety of environmental programs under this Performance Partnership Grant (PPG). Some of these include the surface and groundwater monitoring program under the Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 106, CWA 319 Technical Assistance, Hazardous Waste Management, Clean Air Act Section 105 program, Toxics Compliance & Monitoring, the National Environmental Exchange Information Network, Pollution Prevention, and Wetland Program. This PPG enables for flexibility in directing resources to achieve maximum environmental benefit.
