New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) in collaboration with Brookhaven National Laboratory and City University of New York (CUNY) will use advanced software tools to determine energy efficiency and load management opportunities in CUNY campus buildings and will provide recommendations for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. NYSERDA will share the results with the surrounding community boards and will work with them to apply these tools to community facilities, such as housing projects, hospitals and hotels.
