Project Title & Description
2009 Puget Sound Tribal Implementation Project - Clarks Creek
Puyallup Tribe of Indians will reduce, sediment, nutrient and bacteria loads to Clarks Creek and its tributaries by reducing the “effective” impervious area in the watershed through low impact developement techniques and other measures that target key pollutant source areas. The project will use existing water quality, geographic information systems, and other environmental data, supplemented by targeted field data collection, to update and expand an existing HSPF of the Clarks Creek watershed.
