319(h) Nonpoint Source Implementation
Implementation of programs and projects designed to reduce nonpoint source pollution to achieve and maintain beneficial uses of water. Activities include technical and financial assistance, education, training, technology transfer, demonstration projects, and programs to monitor and assess the success of projects related to controlling nonpoint source pollution.
