Nonpoint Source Management Program
This assistance agreement provides EPA funding in the amount of $30,000 to provide assistance to the Ak-Chin Indian Community in developing their institutional capabilities for administering water pollution control programs specifically to address nonpoint source issues as contained in their approved NonPoint Source
Management Program Workplan.

In accordance with 40 CFR 35.635, EPA approves Ak-Chin Indian Community request for a financial hardship waiver. This approval reduces the Tribe's non-federal match from 40% to 10% for this Clean Water Act 319 agreement.

Pre-Award Costs have been approved back to 7/1/04.
