BROWNFIELDS ASSESSMENT PILOT - WASHTENAW COUNTY
Funding being provided to the County to use the funds to review and rank brownfield properties according to environmental risk and redevelopment potential, conduct Phase I environmental site assessments on 10-15 properties that are publicly owned or controlled and perform 8-10 Phase II assessments based on results of the Phase I assessments. The pilot will reach out to involve the community in planning and reviewing redevelopment strategies for the sites.
