2011 Clean Water Capitalization Grant
This is a Federal Fiscal Year 2011 Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund grant to the State of Rhode Island, Clean Water Finance Agency, under Title VI of the Clean Water Act. The purpose of the grant is to provide a source of low cost funding for the construction of wastewater treatment facilities, non-point source pollution projects and other eligible water quality management activities in accordance with Title VI of the Clean Water Act. The goal of the funding is to protect water quality.
