Project Title & Description
Milwaukee Brownfields Cleanup
This cooperative agreement will enable the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) to continue its ongoing efforts to redevelop key brownfields properties. Specially, the City of Milwaukee will start the environmental remediation for the following properties: Esser Paint, Century City-Area B, and Century City-Area C properties.
