2011/12/13 PA Pesticides PPG
In accordance with both EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance and Office of Pesticide program guidance, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) will carry out enforcement of pesticide regulations. The PDA will also carry out programs relative to Certification and Training for pesticide applicators, Worker Protection, Water Quality and Endangered Species.
