Project Title & Description
Congressionally Mandated Projects
The project includes the replacement and repair of deteriorating sewer lines in downtown Rosman, North Carolina, the construction of sewer lines to areas currently on septic tanks, and a new wastewater treatment plant with effluent discharge to the French Broad River. A Finding of No Significant Impact was issued for this project on June 22, 2005. This project is located in the Upper French Broad watershed, United States Geologic Survey Cataloging Unit 06010105.
