Introduce the necessary large wood structures for the Red Creek stream reach through the incision zone and continue funding large wood and structural improvements in the downstream reaches that connect with the Skagit County reach effort. This approach employs the watershed plans developed to tackle and complete projects that will result in water quality improvements within the water body and watersheds.
