Mechanical Biological Treatment for Solid Waste Management
The project will evaluate the financial, economic and technical feasibility of utilizing Mechanical Biological Treatment system in the Solid Waste Management arena within the New Mexico area. The study will include evaluation of the following: feasibility of commercially available MBT and in-vessel composting systems; economic feasibility study for the city of Las Vegas concerning solid waste management options, specifically cost, installation, and operation of MBT system.
